Pastoral Team
The ministry of pastoring, or shepherding our local church community is the work of both our full time pastor and the men recognized and functioning on our Leadership Team. It is our privilege to be servant leaders to those who call OHGC home.

Meet Our Full Time Staff:

 Randy Martin – Pastor

The Martin Family joined the OHGC Family in the summer of 2006, moving from NJ.

Randy and Cheryl were married in 1991 and have four children. Randy has been on staff with two churches in New Jersey, serving in the areas of leadership, preaching / teaching and youth ministry. He was also the Owner / Operator of a small flooring business for serveral years.

The Martin family’s long-standing link to this beautiful corner of God’s Creation has come through their connection with Three Springs Ministries in Morris, PA; in which they have been involved either through attendance or service nearly since the ministry's inception in the mid 80’s.

Randy comes with a passion to see OHGC be a community that shares life together, worships together, learns together and looks outward: loving and serving together in the name of Jesus Christ.

 Roxanne Landis – Church Secretary

Roxanne has attended OHGC since 1992.
Following the death of her husband Rick in September of 1999, she was unable to run the family farm on her own and began her search for employment, not knowing that at the same time the Leadership Team of OHGC had decided to hire a secretary. She applied for the position and began working for OHGC in January of 2000. She sees it as more of a ministry than a "job" and she is often heard saying, "If I was rich I would do it for free!"

She is involved in fundraising for brain tumor research, online brain tumor bereavement support and Griefshare. Since 1989 she has worked with Protestants and Catholics in Northern Ireland in reconciliation and cross-community projects. She also served on our local school board for 20 years..
